These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of NewKitApp at https://newkitapp.com(the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
NewKitAppprovides a collection of free online utilities (the "Tools") for tasks like formatting code, generating passwords, converting files, and similar tasks. The Service is provided free of charge, without any requirement to create an account.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or its underlying infrastructure (for example, automated scraping at a volume that degrades the Service for other users, or attempting to bypass rate limits or security controls).
- Use any Tool to generate, process, or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, fraudulent, or intended to harm others (for example, generating malicious QR codes, fabricating fraudulent documents with the Invoice Generator, or similar misuse).
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with NewKitApp.
- Use the Text Share tool (or any other Tool that creates a publicly-accessible link) to publish illegal content, malware, phishing content, copyrighted material you don't have rights to distribute, or content that harasses or endangers others.
We reserve the right to block or restrict access, and to remove any publicly-accessible content created through the Service (including shared text/code links), for any use that violates these Terms.
3. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that any Tool will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for a particular purpose. Output from any Tool (a formatted file, a generated password, a calculated value, etc.) should be independently verified before relying on it for anything important — see our Disclaimer for tool-specific guidance.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewKitApp and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service — including damages resulting from reliance on Tool output, data loss, or service interruption. Because the Tools primarily process data client-side in your browser, we generally have no visibility into or control over the specific inputs you use.
5. Intellectual property
The Service's design, code, and branding are owned by NewKitAppor its licensors. You retain all rights to any content you input into a Tool (your text, files, or data) — we don't claim ownership over it, and in the overwhelming majority of cases we never see it in the first place, since processing happens in your browser.
6. Third-party links and advertising
The Service displays advertising via Google AdSense and may include affiliate links in blog content. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site linked from an advertisement or affiliate link. 7. Changes to the Service or these Terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by applicable law in the jurisdiction where NewKitApp operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, to the extent permitted by that jurisdiction's rules.
