Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of newkitapp.com and its PDF tools (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1. The Service

NewKitApp provides free tools that process PDF and image files inside your web browser. We don't receive or store the files you process. We may add, change or remove tools at any time.

2. Your files and your responsibility

You keep all rights to the files you process. Because processing happens on your device:

• you are responsible for keeping copies of your original files
• you are responsible for checking that the output is correct before you rely on it, send it or sign anything based on it
• you must have the right to process the files you use, including the right to remove passwords or restrictions from them

You must not use the Service to break the law, infringe anyone's copyright, or bypass protection on documents you aren't authorised to open.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to disrupt, overload or attack the website or its hosting
• copy the site's text, design or code in bulk and republish it as your own
• use automated tools to scrape the site in a way that degrades it for other visitors
• interfere with the advertising on the site through fraudulent clicks or impressions

4. Intellectual property

The website's text, guides, articles, design, icons and code belong to NewKitApp or its licensors. Open-source components remain under their own licences. You may link to any page and quote short excerpts with attribution.

5. No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. PDF files vary a great deal, and a tool may produce an unexpected result with some files. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NewKitApp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, documents, profits or business, arising from your use of the Service. Since the Service is free and your files never leave your device, you agree to keep your own backups and to verify every output before use.

7. Third-party content and ads

The site shows advertising from Google and may link to other websites. We aren't responsible for the content, products or privacy practices of third parties.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence still apply.
