About Resize PDF Pages
Resize PDF Pages rebuilds a document onto a standard paper size. Mixed A4/Letter files become uniform, oversized slides become printable, and every page is scaled and centered like printing with fit-to-page.
Each page keeps its orientation: a landscape source page lands on the landscape variant of the chosen size, so nothing comes out sideways.
How to use Resize PDF Pages
- Open your PDF.
- Pick a paper size: A4, Letter, A3, A5 or Legal.
- Click Resize pages and download the uniform copy.
All standards
A3 to A5, Letter and Legal, the sizes print shops expect.
Orientation kept
Landscape pages stay landscape, portrait stays portrait.
Content centered
Scaling fits the whole page, centered, with its aspect ratio intact.
How the scaling works
Each original page is embedded as a stamp onto a fresh page of the target size and scaled by the larger of the two fit factors, so no content is cropped. Text and vectors stay sharp because they are re-drawn at the new scale, not rasterized. If you need to cut margins instead of changing paper, use Crop PDF.
Tips for better results
- Sending to a print shop? Ask which size they print on and resize once.
- Mixing A4 and Letter receipts into one file? Resize to A4 before merging.
Questions and answers

Does the text stay selectable?
