What is Image to PDF?
Image to PDF combines one or more images — photos, screenshots, scanned pages, anything your browser can display — into a single PDF file, one image per page. It's the reverse of a scanner app: instead of a physical page becoming a photo, your photos become a proper, shareable PDF document. Each page is automatically sized to match the image's orientation (a wide photo gets a landscape page, a tall one gets portrait) and the image is scaled to fit the page without cropping or stretching, so nothing gets cut off.
How to Use Image to PDF
- Drag one or more images onto the drop zone, or click it to choose files.
- Reorder the images with the up/down arrows — this is the order they'll appear as pages.
- Remove any image you don't want with the trash icon.
- Click "Convert to PDF".
- Preview the result, then download it.

Common Mistakes
- Forgetting to reorder images before converting — the page order in the final PDF matches the list order, not necessarily the order you selected the files in.
- Expecting cropping or rotation controls — this tool only combines and scales-to-fit; use the Rotate PDF or Image Cropper tools first if you need those.
- Adding a huge number of very high-resolution photos and being surprised the resulting PDF is large — each page embeds the image at full resolution.
- Mixing up this tool with Merge PDF — this one is for turning images into a PDF, Merge PDF is for combining existing PDF files.
