Reporting a problem with a tool

Since your files never reach our servers, we can't see what went wrong on your side. A good report helps us reproduce it:

• the tool you used and the settings you chose
• your browser and device, for example "Chrome 130 on Windows 11" or "Safari on iPhone 15"
• what you expected and what happened instead, including any error message
• the size and page count of the PDF, and whether it was scanned or created digitally

Please don't send us confidential documents. If a particular file fails, describe it, or send a version with the sensitive content removed.

Tool requests

Tell us what you need to do with your PDFs and why. We prioritise tools that many people ask for and that can run fully in the browser.

Privacy and data questions

For questions about cookies, advertising or your rights under GDPR, CCPA or similar laws, email us with "Privacy" in the subject line. Our privacy policy explains what data the site and its advertising partners handle.

Advertising and partnerships

For advertising enquiries or partnership proposals, email us with "Partnership" in the subject line. We don't accept sponsored articles that recommend products we haven't tested.
