À propos de PPTX vers PDF
Turn a deck into the one format everyone can open. This parser reads the .pptx directly, keeps the slide size and order, and lays out each slide's text boxes and pictures on matching PDF pages.
Text keeps its position, size, color and bolding; pictures keep their placement and resolution. Perfect for emailing a deck, printing handouts, or locking a design before review.
The file is parsed by your browser with zero uploads. No email, no queue, no conversion server reading your slides.
Comment utiliser PPTX vers PDF
- Choose or drop your .pptx file.
- Press Convert to PDF.
- Download the document, one page per slide, in the original slide size.
True slide size
PDF pages match the presentation's dimensions, including 16:9, 4:3 and custom formats.
Text and images in place
Positions, font sizes, colors and the slide order come from the file itself, not a re-flow.
Zero upload
The zip-based OOXML format is parsed locally with the browser's own unzip and XML parser.
Instant for normal decks
A typical 20-slide deck converts in a couple of seconds because no server round-trip exists.
What converts and what simplifies
A .pptx file is a zip of XML describing every shape's position, size and text. This tool reads those shapes directly and rebuilds them as PDF text and images at the same coordinates. Text boxes, bullet paragraphs and pictures convert faithfully; the slide order follows the presentation's own slide list.
PowerPoint's deepest features, theme backgrounds, charts, SmartArt and animations, do not have a PDF equivalent, so they are simplified: charts become their cached values where available, and decorative backgrounds drop to white. For decks built from standard text and images, which is most decks, the result is a clean printable PDF.
Conseils pour de meilleurs résultats
- Decks with sensitive content are safe here: nothing leaves the tab.
- Print handouts from the PDF instead of PowerPoint for consistent spacing.
- Combine with Compress PDF when emailing a deck with big photos.
- The tool reads .pptx (Office 2007+). Legacy .ppt files are not supported.
Questions et réponses
Are fonts preserved?
Text converts with the closest standard font. Slides using exotic fonts may look slightly different than in PowerPoint.
What about animations and transitions?
PDF is a static format, so they are left out. Slide order and content are preserved.
Is my presentation uploaded anywhere?
No. Parsing and PDF assembly happen in your browser. You can convert offline.
Why is a theme background missing?
Theme decorations are simplified to white to keep text readable; content boxes convert normally.
